I like it! It makes me feel good. Simple design. Catchy tune.

Almost every day for over ten years I take my Akita, Zephyr for a walk. We live in the north valley and our regular path is along the Griegos drain. It’s an acequia (irrigation ditch) that brings water from the north to water crops and backyard grass as it winds it’s way south.

I’ve come to know the names and personalities of most of the dogs who live along the ditch. At any given time I’ll see ducks, geese, cats, muskrats, horses, hawks, all kinds of birds and even a coyote and raccoon.

Every day is a different adventure. We meet people and their dogs, see an amazing sunset, or watch mini horses running laps in the pasture. There’s always something going on! So I thought it might be fun to share highlights of our walks by posting photos of some of them here.

Today is the first day of my blog. I’ll be writing about art, animation, and Albuquerque‚Ķin no particular (or alphabetical) order! Enjoy and feel free to respond respectfully.
